Nothing to fix. What you are seeing is a perspective on how may session and local extremes are formed.
The Red Spikes show Down Volume or trade on the bid. While you might think that most lows are formed by buying volume, that is not the case. What happens is that a buyer replenishes the bid so that selling exhausts itself on a buyer/buyers that are bigger than the downward momentup that brought price to the low.
The marjority of local and session extremes are formed this way.
